Agreement to Terms

By using Outreach by Valence Network, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, you may not use the Service.

Service Description

Outreach provides Gmail-native email sequence automation, reply classification, calendar integration, and contact management for recruiters and sales teams.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid Google Workspace or Gmail account.

Acceptable Use

You May:

• Use Outreach for legitimate business purposes
• Send emails that comply with CAN-SPAM Act
• Manage your contacts and campaigns

You May Not:

• Send spam, unsolicited bulk emails, or illegal content
• Violate any applicable laws
• Reverse engineer or extract source code
• Use Outreach to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Share your account credentials

Email Compliance

You are responsible for:

• Complying with CAN-SPAM Act
• Including proper sender identification
• Providing unsubscribe mechanisms
• Honoring unsubscribe requests within 10 days
• Not using purchased or scraped email lists

Subscription and Billing

Base Plans: Starter ($9/mo), Pro ($19/mo), Team ($39/mo)

Add-Ons: Additional modules available at $3-7/month each

Billing: Charged monthly in advance. Cancel anytime. Service continues until end of billing period.

Data and Privacy

You own your data. All data stored in your Google Sheet. You can export anytime. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Service Availability

We strive for 99%+ uptime but make no guarantees. Service provided "as-is" without warranties.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months prior.

Termination

You may cancel anytime. We may terminate accounts for violations, non-payment, or abuse. Data deleted within 30 days of termination.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
